By downloading, installing, registering for, or using Vox Secretary AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vox Secretary AI. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using Vox Secretary AI, you agree to receive service-related communications, including but not limited to meeting reminders, account updates, and subscription usage notifications, at the email address provided during registration.
You agree to use Vox Secretary AI only for lawful personal scheduling and task management purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the voice commands you issue and the calendar events, tasks, and notes you create.
When you connect your Google Calendar, you grant Vox Secretary AI access to read your calendar events and create new events on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time. The app accesses only the calendar scopes necessary for scheduling and does not request access to your contacts, emails, or files.
Vox Secretary AI uses artificial intelligence and speech-to-text technology to process your voice commands. AI-driven outcomes are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations. Voice transcription quality depends on your device, microphone, ambient noise, and speech clarity.
The app calculates available time slots based on your connected calendar events, working hours, and preferences. However, scheduling is provided on a best-effort basis. The app does not guarantee conflict-free scheduling and cannot account for events or constraints not visible in your connected calendar.
All AI-generated meeting proposals, task updates, and calendar modifications require your explicit confirmation before being applied. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI suggestions before confirming them. The app will not create, modify, or delete calendar events without your confirmation.
The "Tap & Call" feature opens your device's phone dialer with a phone number pre-filled. The app does not initiate phone calls automatically, does not access your call log or SMS messages, and does not request contacts permissions. You are responsible for verifying the phone number before placing a call.
Vox Secretary AI requires an active internet connection for voice recognition, AI processing, calendar synchronization, and data storage. The app does not operate offline. Service availability depends on your internet connection and the availability of our third-party service providers.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Meeting reminders depend on your device's notification system and your browser or operating system settings. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered, especially if the app is not open or if notifications are disabled on your device. Reminders should not be relied upon for critical appointments.

Vox Secretary AI, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of its developer. You retain ownership of the data you create within the app, including meetings, tasks, and notes.
The app integrates with Google Calendar and Google Speech Recognition. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
Vox Secretary AI offers premium subscription plans billed monthly or annually through the platform's payment provider. A monthly subscription provides one full month of service from the date of payment — for example, if you pay on September 12, your subscription is active until October 12 and renews on that date. An annual subscription provides one full year of service from the date of payment — for example, if you pay on October 3, 2026, your subscription is active until October 2, 2027. Each plan includes a monthly fair-use quota of 400 Intelligent Actions — voice commands that require AI processing, such as scheduling a new meeting or creating a new note. The monthly quota resets at the start of each billing cycle, which is anchored to your payment date rather than the first of the calendar month, ensuring you receive a full month of service for each payment. Unused actions are not carried over to subsequent months, in accordance with the terms of the application's operation with the third parties that provide its services (Base44, etc.). Actions handled locally by the app — marking an item as done, deleting an item, or navigating between screens — do not require AI processing, do not consume credits, and do not count toward your monthly quota. If you reach your monthly quota, you may wait until the start of your next billing cycle (one month from your payment date) or upgrade to a Business plan with up to 1,400 Intelligent Actions. Subscription pricing, billing, and cancellation comply with applicable store policies.
Since no paid subscriptions are currently offered on this platform version, cancellation and refund terms are not applicable at this time. When subscriptions become available, cancellation and refund policies will comply with applicable store policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Vox Secretary AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, that AI scheduling will be accurate, or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, data loss, or errors in task management. Your use of the app constitutes acknowledgment that you accept these risks.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's jurisdiction. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the developer's jurisdiction. [Developer to verify applicable jurisdiction.]
