How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app:

1. Open Vox Secretary AI and log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap "Delete Account & All Data".
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us at the email listed below.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your user profile and authentication credentials.
• All meetings, tasks, notes, and reminders you created.
• Your availability settings, blocked dates, and meeting templates.
• Your accessibility preferences and notification settings.
• Any usage statistics tied to your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Anonymized usage data that cannot identify you.
• Records of transactions or communications required for legal compliance.

Your Google Calendar events are not deleted from your calendar. Only the connection between Vox Secretary AI and your calendar is revoked. Events you created through the app remain in your Google Calendar unless you delete them manually.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed immediately when initiated through the app. If you request deletion via email, we will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.

Google Authorization

Deleting your account also revokes Vox Secretary AI's access to your Google Calendar. You can also revoke access independently at any time by visiting your Google Account security settings.
